All new machines purchased from Modern Standard Service include a 12-month parts and labour warranty. Warranty support is provided subject to the manufacturer's terms, correct installation, appropriate water treatment and normal commercial use.

About servicing PUQpress equipment

PUQpress automatic tampers remove one of the biggest sources of inconsistency behind the bar. Every dose is tamped at the same pressure and left level, which protects extraction quality and takes repetitive strain off your baristas.

We advise on the right model for your grinde  r and workflow, supply the unit and set it up alongside your espresso machine so dose, tamp and portafilter all work together. Tampers are mechanical devices that work hard, so we also handle calibration, wear-part replacement and repair, and a PUQpress can be covered alongside your machine and grinder on an MSS maintenance package.
