Equipment prices are taken from our current list prices and exclude VAT, installation, water filtration and delivery to remote postcodes, which we quote separately. Monthly figures are indicative, calculated on the same basis as the calculator above, and subject to Premier's assessment of your application.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you need. Request an installed quote. We'll check your site, water and power, and recommend the machine, grinder and filtration that suit your volume.
  2. Get your finance figures. We pass your quote to our finance partner, Premier Leasing & Finance, who confirm your exact monthly payment.
  3. Apply. A short application goes to Premier, who assess every application individually. Businesses trading under three years may be asked for director guarantees.
  4. We install and look after it. Once finance is approved, our engineers deliver, install and commission the equipment. Add a Bronze, Silver or Gold service plan to keep it running.

Leasing or buying outright?

Leasing spreads the cost of a machine over its working life, so a new site or a replacement doesn't take a large bite out of your cash in one go. Buying outright costs less in total and the equipment is yours from day one. The right answer depends on your cash flow and your tax position, so it's worth a word with your accountant.

We've written a longer guide: Should you buy or lease commercial coffee equipment?

Common questions

Can a new business lease a coffee machine?

Yes. The rates on this page are for businesses that have traded for less than three years. New starts usually need director guarantees, and payment is always by Direct Debit. Every application is assessed individually by Premier.

What's the smallest amount you can finance?

The calculator starts at £2,000 ex VAT. For smaller amounts or anything over £250,000, call us and we'll talk it through.

Are the figures on this page a quote?

No. They are estimates to help you budget. Your actual payment is confirmed by Premier Leasing & Finance once they have assessed your quote and application.

Can I add a service plan?

Yes. We recommend a service plan with every machine we install. Ask us how it would be billed alongside your lease.

Renting instead of leasing

Leasing suits businesses that want a machine for the long term, on a three to six year agreement through Premier. If you'd rather rent a machine directly from us, we can quote for that too. Rental terms depend on the machine and how long you need it.

Every rented or leased machine is supplied, installed and commissioned by our own engineers, and can be covered by a Bronze, Silver or Gold service plan.
