Why high-volume cafés use it

Milk is the bottleneck. Übermilk clears it.

In a busy café, most drinks have milk in them, and steaming is the slowest, least consistent and most wasteful step on the bar. That's why so many high-volume operators now automate it.

  1. Labour

    Take steaming off the bar

A steam wand holds a barista for every milk drink: purge, stretch, texture, wipe, rinse the jug. With Übermilk they place the jug, press a button and get on with the shot or the next customer.

  2. Waste

    Only the milk you need

Each preset doses the milk for that drink size, drawn straight from the fridge. No over-filled jugs and no leftover milk poured down the sink at the end of every round.

  3. Consistency

    Same texture, whoever's on

Milk is heated gently to the temperature you set, so every cup tastes the same whether it's your head barista or someone on their first shift. Less training and fewer remakes.

  4. Peaks

    Built for the rush

Infinity mode runs continuously through your busiest periods, at up to 250 drinks an hour. The queue moves at the speed of your espresso, not your steam wand.

How it works

Place. Press. Pour.

  1. Milk stays in the fridge

An intake tube draws homogenised milk straight from your fridge, up to 2 m away. Milk isn't sitting out on the counter.

  2. Press the drink

Choose a preset on the touch display (small cappuccino, large latte, cold milk and more) and Übermilk doses and heats exactly that amount.

  3. Pour and serve

Textured milk runs into the jug or straight into the cup, ready for latte art. The barista's hands are free the whole time.

The business case

The Übermilk ONE is £6,500 + VAT, including UK delivery, installation by our engineers and a 12-month parts and labour warranty.

What does my site need?

Does it replace my espresso machine's steam wand?
