If your brand isn't listed
We only work on the brands above because they're the ones we carry parts for. If your machine is from another manufacturer, we're not the right engineers to repair it, and we'd rather tell you that on the phone than send someone who can't finish the job.
If your current machine is due for replacement, we can quote for a new one from any of these brands, installed, commissioned and on a service plan from day one.

La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, Nuova Simonelli, Thermoplan, BUNN, Mahlkönig, Mazzer, Ditting, PUQpress and Übermilk. These are the brands we sell and carry parts for. We can't repair other makes, because we don't hold their parts.
Do you repair brands that aren't on this list?
No. We only work on brands we carry parts for, so an engineer can finish the job rather than leave you waiting on parts we can't get. If your machine is another make, we'll tell you on the phone before anyone is booked.
Do you use genuine parts?
We use genuine manufacturer parts wherever possible.
How quickly can an engineer get to me?
Silver and Gold plans include a 24-hour callout response, seven days a week. Bronze includes a 48-hour response, Monday to Friday. Our engineers are in London every day.
My machine is an unlisted brand and keeps breaking down. What can I do?
If it's due for replacement, we can quote for a new machine from one of the brands above, installed, commissioned and on a service plan from day one. Request an installed quote.
