About servicing Ditting equipment

Ditting grinders are built in Switzerland for demanding commercial grinding, from espresso through filter to bulk retail grinding.

Grind quality determines everything downstream of it, so we advise on burr choice, capacity and the right model for your volume s, then install the grinder and dial it in for your coffee and your machine. Burrs are a wear part: as they dull, extraction drifts and the coffee changes without anyone touching a recipe. We check burr condition, alignment and grind consistency as part of planned maintenance, replace burrs when they are worn, and repair Ditting grinders when something goes wrong.
