About Modern Standard Service
Modern Standard Service is the commercial servicing arm of Modern Standard Coffee - engineers who install, service and maintain espresso machines, bean-to-cup machines and grinders for cafés, restaurants and multi-site hospitality groups across the UK.
Our story
We started out maintaining machines for our own coffee business, and quickly found ourselves looking after equipment for cafés and hospitality groups who wanted the same standard of care. Today we're a dedicated team of engineers, coordinators and workshop technicians, working on machines from every major manufacturer — not just our own.
We're proud to be the first UK coffee machine service business certified B Corp, holding ourselves to the same standard on people and the environment as we do on the tools in our vans.

Our workshop and engineers
Every engineer on the road is backed by our workshop — genuine spare parts in stock, boilers and groupheads rebuilt to manufacturer spec, and every machine pressure-tested before it goes back out to site. It's the same standard our engineers bring with them on every visit.
