Supply, install, service and leasing

  • Installed prices. Machine prices include installation and commissioning by our engineers. We send a pre-installation checklist so your facilities team knows exactly what's needed.
  • 12-month parts and labour warranty on new machines, handled by our own engineers.
  • Service plans: Bronze, Silver or Gold, with labour included on reactive work and a planned maintenance visit every year.
  • Compliance covered: machines with a boiler need a pressure vessel inspection. The first one is free with a new machine, and Gold includes it every year.
  • Leasing: spread the cost with Premier Leasing & Finance. Applicants will be assessed.
  • Multi-site: one point of contact across all your sites.

What we'll ask you

  1. How many people?

Headcount and roughly how many drinks a day, so the machine is sized for your peak, not your average.

  2. Self-serve or staffed?

Bean-to-cup for self-serve; espresso and Übermilk where there's a barista.

  3. Water, power, space

We'll send our pre-installation checklist for your facilities team.

  4. Buy or lease

Outright with installation included, or leased to spread the cost.

Who we work with

Offices, contract caterers and multi-site operators

Offices and professional services

Reliable coffee for staff, meeting rooms and client areas, with a service plan so a breakdown doesn't become an office-wide problem.

Contract caterers

Equipment for your client sites, specified to each site's volume, with servicing you can rely on across your portfolio.

Education, venues and attractions

High-volume periods, mixed self-serve and staffed counters, and equipment that has to keep working through the rush.

Already have machines from another supplier? We can take over servicing for the brands we carry parts for. How switching works.

Contact the team

What's the best coffee machine for an office?

For self-serve, a bean-to-cup machine such as the Thermoplan Black&White4 makes fresh espresso drinks at the touch of a button. Where you have a barista, an espresso machine with an Übermilk serves faster. For meetings and events, a BUNN batch brewer makes large volumes of filter coffee. Tell us your headcount and we'll recommend the right set-up.

Can we lease a coffee machine for our office?

Yes. We work with Premier Leasing & Finance to spread the cost of new, installed machines. Applicants will be assessed. See leasing and finance.

Is installation included?

Yes. Machine prices include installation and commissioning by our engineers. Before we book, we send a pre-installation checklist so your site is ready on the day.

What does a service plan include?

Every plan includes labour on all reactive work and a planned maintenance visit every year. Silver adds a 24-hour response seven days a week and a free annual water filter change. Gold adds an annual PVI. Plans are quoted for your site and equipment. Compare plans.

Can you look after machines across several sites?

Yes. We support multi-site operators with installation, planned maintenance and breakdown support, with one point of contact.

Do office coffee machines need a pressure vessel inspection?

Machines with a steam boiler, such as espresso and many bean-to-cup machines, need a written scheme of examination and regular inspection under the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. The first PVI is free with a new machine from us. More about PVIs.
