What La Marzocco servicing actually involves
Saturated-group machines run hotter, more consistently, but that consistency depends on the boiler, group seals and, on the Linea PB, the digital control system all being kept in proper condition. A service typically covers group seal and gasket condition, boiler descaling scaled to your water hardness and volume, and — on Linea PB machines — checking the digital temperature control is holding calibration rather than drifting.
When something does go wrong, our engineers carry genuine La Marzocco parts wherever possible and aim to fix on site first time. Where a deeper repair is needed, the machine comes into our workshop for a rebuild and pressure test.
Preventative maintenance, built in
La Marzocco machines are built to run for years given proper care, and most of the faults we get called out for are preventable with a planned schedule rather than a reactive one. Our service packages build La Marzocco-specific checks into each planned visit, and our engineers are trained across both the Classic S's manual control and the Linea PB's digital system — two genuinely different control philosophies that need different diagnostic approaches.
