Eagle One machines are built around close temperature stability, which depends on the boiler and control electronics staying properly calibrated — not something you can judge from taste alone once it's drifted gradually. A service covers group seal condition, boiler descaling scaled to water hardness and volume, and checking the temperature control system is holding calibration rather than drifting under sustained volume.
When something does go wrong, our engineers carry genuine parts wherever possible and aim to fix on site first time; where a deeper repair is needed, the machine comes into our workshop for a rebuild and pressure test.
